Make work more effective

AI agents briefed on your company

Briefum answers from the documents, policies, and operating data of this company. Support, sales, accounting, procurement, contracts, and other roles share one brief.

What Briefum is

Briefum is a set of AI agents for company teams. An agent answers from the brief: the materials the company itself put into the work.

A brief is instructions, a knowledge base, price lists, contract templates, policies and, for accounting, a 1C configuration export. The answer names the document, section, or object. When the brief has no answer, the agent says so.

Twelve agents

Each role has its own questions. The source is shared: the company brief.

How an agent answers

  1. 01

    The company assembles the brief

The brief holds the materials a team is allowed to answer from: instructions, price lists, templates, policies, a 1C export.

  2. 02

    Briefum indexes only those

One company's materials stay separate from another's. The agent searches inside this brief.

  3. 03

A person asks in plain language

The answer names its source: a document, a section, a clause, or a configuration object.

What goes into the brief

  • Knowledge base, instructions, and scripts.
  • Policies, limits, and approval matrices.
  • Commercial terms: price list, discounts, and allowed claims.
  • Contract templates and a clause library.
  • For accounting: a 1C configuration export and the accounting policy.

Each company's data stays separate

A support agent for one company does not see another company's brief. The same rule applies to sales, accounting, procurement, and the other roles.

General model knowledge does not stand in for the brief. When the clause is missing, the agent says which material is missing.

Questions about Briefum

What is a company brief?

A brief is the set of materials an agent may answer from: instructions, a knowledge base, price lists, templates, policies, and an export of the accounting system.

What does the agent do when the documents have no answer?

The agent says the brief does not contain it and names the material that is missing.

Can we start with one role?

Yes. A role works with its part of the brief. The company still has one shared source.

Does the accounting agent work with 1C?

Yes. It reads the 1C configuration export and the accounting policy and points to the object, setting, or clause behind the answer.

Is this one chat for every department?

Each role has its own agent and its own questions. The source is shared: the company brief.
